Is the Haunted Forest Experience suitable for children?
In short, the Haunted Forest (different from the Family Festival Attraction) is not suitable for children aged 9 and under. Parents are strongly encouraged to be cautious about bringing children aged 10-12 into the forest. The Haunted Forest is a primal and outdoor experience, unlike typical haunted attractions. Dozens of children and their parents have turned back every year, causing delays and inconvenience to guests and actors alike. Remember, no refunds are allowed if you and your child have to turn back.
How long is the Haunted Forest Experience?
The full forest walk is about 2/3 of a mile and should take the average person between 25-35 minutes to complete.
Can minors enter the forest without an adult?
We do not allow anyone under the age of 15 to enter the Haunted Forest without an adult. Groups are expected to be respectful and attentive to all instructions given by staff.
Can I wear a costume into the forest?
Absolutely! We highly encourage patrons to get into the Halloween spirit by dressing up. However, please be aware of the following guidelines:
- No prop weapons are allowed in the Forest.
- Headwear can be easily knocked off by branches and obstacles.
- We do not recommend bringing purses or bags in the Forest.
- Robes, capes, baggy pants, dresses, and skirts tend to get caught on bushes and trees in the forest. Your costume could get ripped.
• Lost props or costumes cannot be recovered until the following business day.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
All ticket sales are handled online. You are welcome to use your phone’s internet browser to purchase tickets before entering, but we advise you to purchase ahead of time in case your desired time slot is sold out.
Is the Haunted Forest Experience challenging to walk through?
The Haunted Forest Experience retains many natural and outdoor elements to enhance the overall adventure. As you traverse the forest, you can expect to encounter uneven ground, duck under obstacles, navigate inclines, and walk through rough terrain in dim lighting conditions.
Please consider the following guidelines before entering the Haunted Forest:
- Physical Requirements: Visitors should be capable of walking over uneven surfaces and rough terrain comfortably. We do not recommend entering the forest with leg casts, boots, or crutches that may hinder mobility.
- Wheelchair Accessibility: Unfortunately, the Forest is not wheelchair accessible due to its natural setting and rugged paths.
- Safety Concerns: If you have difficulty walking or are prone to injuries from falls, we advise against walking through the Haunted Forest for your safety.
We want everyone to have an enjoyable and safe experience in the Haunted Forest, so please assess your physical capabilities before embarking on this thrilling journey.
Are service animals allowed in the Forest?
For the safety of all guests and staff, absolutely no service animals or pets are allowed in the Forest. Where is the Haunted Forest located?

Will the Haunted Forest be the same as last year?
Each year the Haunted Forest will present an exciting mix of new themes and characters along with the old ones you’ve grown to love! Although… this year is sure to be scarier!
Do I need to arrive early for my ticket time? (Late arrival policy)
STICK TO THE TICKET TIME YOU PURCHASED. We strongly recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your allotted ticket time. This gives you time to find parking, check-in, use the restroom, and receive instruction from our line attendants. Late arrivals will be accommodated to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to go through the Haunted Forest due to the highly scheduled nature of Haunted Forest tours. Remember, refunds cannot be given for late arrivals.
All of my tickets have the same name on them. Is that ok?
Absolutely! We are aware of a common glitch in the ticketing system, and we are working to resolve it. Rest assured, all tickets are transferable, so you can use them even if your name is not on them.

Due to the seasonal nature and limited times slots for our event, we cannot offer any refunds for any reason. However, tickets can sometimes be transferred to another date if we are given 72 hours of advance notice. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
How can I switch my ticket time/dates?
If you contact us at least 72 hours in advance, we can change your ticket times and date (subject to availability). Please reach out to us at email@example.com for assistance. Please note that we cannot process any ticket changes within 72 hours of the original ticket date. So, make sure to reach out to us in advance if you need to modify your booking.

What happens if it rains on the night of my ticket?
The Haunted Forest is typically open rain or shine. If the weather becomes extreme enough to cause us to close down, your ticket will be transferred to another date. If no transfer dates work for you, please contact email@example.com to work a solution for your situation.
